or put option of not show for some function as store manager or another. I have employees and I do not want to show the icon.

It is not only an icon, rather it is an admin dashboard menu. It is not the only item where your employees will know about Alidropship in the back end, e. g. when they open Plugins they will see Alidropship Plugin. Bottom line it is not possible to hide it from your staff.

one issue would be to put user level to view admin, store manager, publisher. I used to hide and pluguns consegue.eu not have to as my disabled employees are on the job.
