Refund Customer

Hi

I cannot find a way to refund the payment to customer thru the plugin
Please advise

You have to do it through Paypal or the other payment gateway that the customer used.

Thanks mate I know this way already I thought plugin should support refunding function also to make our life easier like shopify

In don't think the developers are too keen on adding any extra functions to the Woo plugin as it has enough problems already ... lol

In WooCommerce Settings > Payments >

Check your Paypal settings. If you have established API connectivity, you should be able to do a refund from within the Order screen on woo. That is my understanding, I could be wrong.

Yeah ... my bad. You can do it through Woo if your payment gateways (Paypal, Stripe etc) use API keys ...

I'm still waiting to get a refund request. One reason I haven't had any yet is because I don't sell products with "sizes" like clothing and shoes. ESPECIALLY shoes. You really have to try those on in a brick and mortar store. And clothing sites are a dime a dozen. Nothing unique about them at all.
The only clothing item I do have in some stores are a few niche orientated t-shirts here and there.
