Redirection plugin

Hi,
I've tried three different ones, the most popular compatible with my version of wp, and none of the them work. Does the Da Vinci theme break them? By nice if they could work. Thanks.

I tried redirection using the Michaelangelo theme and it does not work so there must be something within the general AliDropship theme or plugin.
