I'm organizing a team-building day for our small company (around 15 people) and looking for fun, engaging ideas. We want something unique, ideally outdoors, creative, or a bit of a challenge.
I've seen a lot of options for team building activities Orange County offers, but it's tough to know what’s worthwhile. We’d love something that encourages collaboration without being too physically intense. Open to both half-day and full day options.
