Rare problem "Delivery to the selected region is no available" !

Encountering a rare problems lately, suddenly
  • whenever place order to customers in Hong Kong/ Macau all FAIL and warning "Delivery to the selected region is no available" pop-up.
  • while placing orders to the same Products to other Regions/Countries.
  • Seemingly, it just happen lately because we have order ship to HK Customers last week all have no problems
  • And it seem only our website is having the problem when other Drop Shippers never encounter such Bizar Problem (accord to suppliers) !
Since obviously problem came from our side, and so, we have Clear all cookies, caches...etc as well as Deactivated Plungin to see if culprit can be found? but FAIL. Hopefully, can get some Tips/ Advice from the forum here.

That is weird, as I can select an item from the same seller and it shows as available to Hong Kong:

What does your screen show you (when you click the shipping method on the product page)?

The point is all is fine when Clicking/Choosing Shipping Method in Product Page till turning to Check Out ! then all of the sudden every order to HK turn out "Delivery to the selected region is no available":mad:

Yes you're right - there is a discrepancy between the product page and the cart page. Definitely a problem either with AliExpress itself or the shipping method setup on AliExpress, neither of which we can do anything about.

I would contact the seller again as there's nothing else you can do from your side. Show them a screenshot of the product page and then the cart page (like you have here) so they can check it their side. I know they said they didn't experience it before but something isn't right and they need to check it properly...

It could be a bug on AliExpress caused by a recent change with a carrier setting etc. in which case they'll fix it quite quickly, unless they've decided not to ship to Hong Kong now which is unlikely.

Did contact few sellers already and it seem the problems is found or reported by my side only so far, and they have tried (like you did) and found no problem in choosing or put the orders to Cart with HK as final destination !

But agreed it might be caused by certain Bug that affected the Buying side i/o Selling side during check out, and so will counter check with few more supplier as well as the AliExpress Customer Service Team! see if they can have extra input here.
