Question about pricing

Let's say I have a supplier cost of
$5 < cost < $15
And for this range of supplier cost I setup my prices as
cost+ 5

Now, let's say there is one single product in the $5 < cost < $15 range than I want to setup as cost+10... is it possible to do?
I know I can setup the price manually but how will the plugin update the prices if I set a manual price? Is it smart enough to understand I always want a cost+10 on that single product no matter what?

You can change price manually , but in this case you need to disable update for that product:
