Purchase order email notification

Hi
I have an issue that my customers do not receive purchase email notification even to my email as well, iam using alidropship plugin and I have tested using test email option in notification setting (powered by tiny) also i did not recieve test email, but i am receiving emails from contact us there is no issue in SMTP can any help me to fix the issue
