Products not being imported!

Products aren't being added and when i refresh the page it says "product already imported", i go and check the import list and the product isn't listed.
Anyone has had the same problem? How can we fix this please ASAP

Hello, could you please send me a screenshot? That't not clear enough for me what might be the issue. Or PM me your domain name , WP login credentials and link to the product that you tried to import - I will check.
