Product Variation Bugs!

I noticed all my product prices for each variation became the same! This happened after I remove one unnecessary variation from the product. Is this a bug? @Yaros @Vitaly Kukin

I'm using the latest plugin with Rembrant Theme.

Yes, I've updated the price after removed one of the variation. The problem is the price changes only reflected when all original variations are selected. As one of the variation has been deleted, the price could not be populated any more. I think this is more to plugin bug because it should can populate the price even though any of the variation being deleted.
