My auto update has not been working for updating product price and inventory. I tried doing a manual update but it gets stuck at 6%. What can I do to resolve this?

First of all, please make sure that you're using the latest versions of AliDropship plugin, theme and AliDropship Google Chrome extension. You can always get the updated versions here: Plugin, Themes, Extension.

Are you logged in the extension and AliExpress when you update the products?
