hi there,

If a customer rejected a faulty product and wishes to return, he/she will
return to dropshipper and dropshipper will return to China.

customer -> dropshipper -> china hope the sequence is correct?

My question is, as Aliexpress dropshipper, how does Aliexpress assist us in the returning?
do they help us to cover the delivery charges?

Let's say if I'm Singapore, what is the delivery services we can use to send back?
