Product import doesn't work properly

Hello,

I have authorized the plugin but the dot stays red.



When I import products. It seems to work fine but when i visualize the modification the information such as gallery info, price etc are not displayed.

I have PHP 7.1 / latest plugin version and chrome 2.5.9.4.

Could you please help me?

About visual issues, it was a problem of theme.
I used flatsome theme with alidropship plugin instead of the recommended ones.

But still have this red button, don't know if it is a big problem.
