Product has already been imported error

Hello. When I first downloaded the alidropship plugin, I imported a product without making adjustments off the posting on Aliexpress. I deleted the product in hopes of reimporting and adding new pricing, etc. However, everytime I go to the product, it says "product has already been imported". I've been searching online for a while to find a way to get past this and emailing for support and everyone keeps telling me to 1. delete product, 2. go to trash, 3. delete permanently. I have done all of these things and the problem continues. What do I do to resolve this?

Screenshot from your permanently delete products ?
I believe you just move your product on trash and you didn't delete permanently.

Just make a screenshot (of your permanently delete product)and provide here for we can see what going on!

Can't believe no one answered this from Alidropship. You need to go into your database files and delete them one by one. You use the reference number of the post, find it via Alidropship files and delete it. Then when you go to re-import the same product again, you will have a fresh import. No idea why they still after years of this problem found a dashboard solution, so we don't have to go continually onto the server, scrolling to find and then delete...very tiresome... Also one other point for Alidropship team, which I've specified numerous times, is for each of us to have our own accounts of Alidropship items bought - re: licences, and a way to change the domain vs licences if we want to on the fly instead of continually having to ask support to do it...hint hint, cough cough - please do listen to us customers! TY.
