Product category menu disappear after clicking

Hi all,

Need your advise on where I can make changes to this setting. Product category menu appears on main page but after clicking into any of the category pages, the side menu disappears and only the word "categories" appear.

On main page, before clicking in.

Nobody has answer?
I was told by alidropship team I needed to disable cloudflare before they can check anything. I don't think this is the case since I have 2 other sites with the exact webhosting and cloudflare DNS and they don't have any problem.

Check this in mobile? It should work fine. Im having issue with desktop version too.
