Problems activating AliDropship Woo

The following error is received when attempting to activate the plugin:

Error: Fatal error: The file /home/.../public_html/wp-content/plugins/alidswoo/core/core.php cannot be decoded by this version of the ionCube Loader. If you are the administrator of this site then please install the latest version of the ionCube Loader. in Unknown on line 0

From the looks of this the latest version of ionCube is loaded yet the error continues. Is there anyone that can assist with this issue?

PHP updated on server, able to activate plugin now.
