Problem with error 404 - Knowledge base solution don't fix it.

Hello all,

I have a problem. My shop don't work. When I want go on my product page or my cart. I've got this error :

I've configure the permaliens settings with post name but it don't work anymore.

Have you a solution ?
Do you think I need to reinstall completly my wordpress ?
If I reinstall, can I use my license activation for Alidropship ?

Hello,

It looks like a problem with your WordPress installation, so yes I would recommend that your reinstall it completely.
You will still be able to use the same license for AliDropsip plugin, no worries. We might need to reset it, you can PM the license key to me if there's any problem with activation.
