Hello,
I want to ask the problem that I am facing right now:
1. Why when there are customers who pay in my store and also when I change the order status to shipped, I don't get a copy of the email to my personal email?
2. Why when a customer registers as a subscriber or registers, my customers don't get an email to verify their account and I also don't get an email to my personal email, if there are customers who register on my website?
3. And finally, my new customer is blocked by my security.
I have followed the Tutorial on Alidropship Link, have https://help.alidropship.com/settings/email-notifications/smtp-for-outgoing-emails
I use email settings with SMTP.
Previously this did not happen to me, only this time it happened to me.
Can you help me with this problem?
