1st i try to import this product from aliexpress

From chrome extension when i ask to grab it ... it failed to do anything
If i click edit and then ask to import ... it grab just the body of the post ... but filed to grab product all image .
Just bring everything in the body
next if i try to import from Alidrop plugin from wordpress by searching this product ..
then it can bring all image and info buy cant grab body text and image ....
Anyway face this kind of problem ??
i can grab other post normally ... but face this kind of problem with this product

I order this product from wordpress aliwoo by clicking place order automatic
Now the order is been put and they give the tracking ID
but when i click grab tracking ID ... its unable to get the tracking ID or order ID
Please anyone can help ???

Update
Tracking ID is send to customer email ... but in order page no order ID added and no Tracking ID added

login to chrome extension with your site name http or https
open the products page on your site
login to aliexpress
try importing again
