Problem Installing Abandoned Cart

Hey, I don't know if this is the right place to post, but it's urgent and tied to the main plugin (Alidropship)

I purchased Alidropship, then I downloaded the Abandoned Cart Plugin and got the confirmation code in the email for it.

I installed the Abandoned Cart plugin in my WP Admin plugins section, then entered the code into the Abandoned Cart license section: it gave me a message of: "License is valid. Please go to Settings." I went to settings, everything is good and in HTTPS. I then went back to the Abandoned Cart Dashboard and the whole section is blank. How can I fix this?

Did you try uninstalling/deleting and installing it again? Or downloading another zip? It may have been corrupted.

What have you tried already? Re-installing? Written to Support?

I installed everything and I followed the instructions but I can not send emails through the abandoned cart , when I try to send a test from the template I get
Mailing service settings
Error undefined
note that I can use Easy WP SMTP to send test emails and that works.
