Pricing Markup Formula Issue

I'm having difficulties in getting the pricing formula to correctly work for ONLY when the items where the supplier's cost is less than a dollar. My current formulas are provided in the picture below.



Any insight or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You need to add formula $0 < cost < $1

Hello Victoria,

Even when I set the formula $0 < cost < $1, it's still not pricing the items properly. I've enclosed my current settings and the items that cost below $1 are not being priced at $9.99 as I want.
