Price Markup formula is all empty

I wanted to change the prices using the price formula from settings. But I get all white pages. Can you please help?

Do have the latest Alidropship Woo 1.4.11 ?

I have exactly the same issue with pricing interface . Update plugins keeps saying that "You have version 1.4.2 installed. Update to 1.4.11" . I updated several times the plugins but this message keeps showing up.
