Pop-up Message saying: Someone from California, United States just bought {Product Name}

I've seen a web store where this Woocommerce plugin was used for creating sales buzz. But the site was using Alidropship plugin (non-Woo version) because it was the Davinci theme.

I am currently using the Alidropship plugin (non-Woo) and I tried installing the popup plugin AND also Woocommerce (because the pop-up plugin requires Woocommerce) but it messed up my store layout. The pop-up worked though.

Does anyone know of a WP plugin that can do this, without Woocommerce?
