Poll: Do you force shipping to the customer billing address

Hey Everyone,

So on my websites I've always forced shipping to the customer billing address to avoid fraud but then there's always the comment of, "well, what if grandma wants to send her nephew/niece a gift?".

So, i thought it would be interesting to see how do you have it setup? Did you even consider this?

I force to the billing address. With a business you are liable for all charges made through your site, i'd rather be safe then sorry. If grandma needs it delivered to her that bad, well then the customer can re-wrap it from the china post packaging.

My client registers me at the delivery address not in English



I make an order on Ali Express requires a shipping address in English

What are you doing in this situation?

Email and ask for a proper shipping address or tell them something like "Unfortunately i can't deliver to the address provided. A refund has been returned to your payment source." and refund them, less fraud that way.
