Plugin version issue

Hi there...we are new and still in the set up process. I cant seem to get the Alidropship Woo plugin loading onto my Wordpress dashboard although it says it is active. I have deactivated and deleted the previous version and downloaded the 7.1 version as it states but still nothing Any help would be much appreciated as I am stuck where I am until I can sort this out to move forward.

Hi Christina...

Thanks for the reply...have sorted and now have another issue with the ionCube Loader which is still not allowing the plugin to appear on the dashboard
...sorry I'm not familiar with this at all as I'm brand new to this.
