Plugin does not work after a migration, I can't put the license

I did a server migration to a new one and now the plugin doesn't work. I install it but I don't see the form to put the license. Can you help me?

I have the same issue right now.. fresh install on same domain.. all links in the alidropship menu lead to the license page, but the form does not appear.. (see screenshot)
