When I put the license key, it says “license is valid. Go to dashboard”and when i go to dashboard, it is still show the license key code. Please help

You can't install AliDropship plugin and AliDropship Woo at the same time. You need to install one of them.

If i start another store - do i just get a license and use the same plugin files i downloaded earlier to install onto the theme ?

You can't migrate from Woo plugin to AliDropship original one and vice versa.

No no woo for me ... just WP plugin ... I downloaded it for my current store
Now if I start a new store do I just get the license and use the same files to upload to WP ?

Yes, you can transfer your site's files or install fresh WordPress and activate your license on it.
