Do you have the chrome extension installed and activated?
You need to be logged in to your Aliexpress account, when placing an order. and you also need to have the chrome extension installed and google chrome updated.
This is because the plugin, will communicate with the extension, and it looks to me that the extension is the one filling the orders inside Aliexpress.

Mmm, you also have to disable any Adblock extension you have installed on chrome, for those 2 sites: your website, and Aliexpress. For example i use Adblock plus, but i disabled it for my sites and Aliexpress because the extension was been blocked by it.
And if you are using Cloudflare. you should disable rocket loader.

Hi,
My adblock is disabled on both sites. And I'm using Cloudflare, but Rocket Loader is disabled too.
The button still doesn't work.

I've run out of ideas. If you already clear all cache and cookies [browser and WordPress including Cloudflare] and it still doesn't work. Then you could PM Ekaterina or Victoria from Alidropship support:
