Paypal Takes incorrect amount of Money

Hello, I noticed this recently for the last 2 orders. Checked previous orders and everything was fine before. Very strange.


So I got 2 orders, both paid with Paypal, both $39.99

But in Paypal I received these payments:



How is that possible?
Anyone have had anything similar?

I haven't done any changes to my store, any updates, nothing. Currencies are both USD.
I checked both orders on the store, no discounts were used, it shows me the US $39.99 for both.
Just WTF light in my mind now.

Ok, I got it.
The first one is customer from New Zealand. NZD 39.99 = USD 27.39
Second is Cyprus and EUR 39.99 = USD 47,61

Then the question is why didn't prices convert accordingly? If they choose their currency they should see prices in NZD and EUR
Like, if my price is USD $39.99 and a customer from Cyprus chooses EUR he should see EUR 33,79 instead of EUR 39.99, and whey he pays, he pays EUR 33,79 and I get USD 39.99

Ok, I made a test order. Product price USD 39.99, Switched to EUR, the website shows EUR 33.59.
Then I continue to Paypal and boom.
