Yes ... it is eligible. All sites and services are. Anyone paying with Paypal on any website or service can submit a dispute and get a refund. Including sales from your Alidropship site.

The already existing 45 day guarantee and easy refunds you can get from Aliexpress and in turn give to your customers is already a great selling point.

Most are already aware of the advantages of Paypal.
