PayPal fund "on hold"

Hi everyone,

How do we retrieve the fund which is paid by customer?
I have a customer bought from me, she paid via visa paypal, but her payment in my account is "on-hold"
I have already shipped the item to her. I'm worried that I can't retrieve the money.

So, how do i go about in this? Any advice is greatly appreciated !

after 21 days I think. Or immediately if you can provide the tracking number next to the details of the payment you received. I once encountered this when I was still selling on Ebay. I just waited and after 21 days it was released.
