PayPal checkout has scrambled text.

My PayPal checkout (personal, not business) has scrambled text. I have attached screen saves to show the problem.
Also, I can't remove the items in the cart. The + (plus) button adds more items but the - (minus) will not go to 0 (zero). Clicking the little "Garbage Can" on the right does nothing.

Victoria - Check your email. I have sent you a username and password to get in if needed.

Hello, please disable optimization plugin that you use. It causes that issue.
