Paid for Social Rabbit service & now My emails are being blocked

I paid for the Social Rabbit setup service about 9 or 10 days ago via the site. I was getting emails and responding to emails from the account manager, Elena, but since two days ago, my emails to both accounts I received emails from are now being blocked and are bounced. This was after being told two days ago that the setup would be completed that day.

I provided all the login credentials I was asked for then suddenly get blocked and no further information. I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation for this, and I really don't mind the wait, but it's the sudden lack of communication and my emails being bounced back with errors that is a bit concerning, to say the least.

Can someone kindly let me know what is happening?
