Overcoming Copyright issues in Fan Niche!

Hi,

I'm a newbie here to the forum. Just ordered my very first site a few days ago. I am looking at a fan niche, but I am concerned about the copyright issues when it comes to picking products to put on the site.

Do the products have to genuine products or as long as they don't carry the brand name or character names. I don't know. Does anyone have any experience or comments on this?

This has been discussed elsewhere on this forum. There is no "overcoming" it. If you get caught, you get caught. It's just the risk you have to take.
The owner of the https://hokagestore.com is Yarros ... the admin here. He has said the same thing I said above. But having said that ... the risk is not huge. If you get a complaint ... remove the offending product. As for me ... I'd rather avoid it all together and not risk it.
