nope, I don't think that's possible, that's why the plugin is rightly called "ALIdropship". However, you can manually import products from other sources like Amazon or eBay.

You can import whatever product that comes to your mind, the only issue is that those products out of Aliexpress will not have the functionalities that Ali products have with the plugin, like placing automatic orders or importing products automatically, among others. But yeah, you can basically sell any product, take into account you are working on wordpress and alidropship is just a plugin for it so you got plenty of possibilites at hand.
