You click the first button to the left to see instruction to update theme templates. Click on the second button to see affected templates to update, or wait for the theme update. Once theme is updated, woocommerce templates will be updated also.

Most theme developers update their themes. You don't have to "contact the theme author". That's just Woocommerce being a drama queen.

Just relax and wait for the theme update which will usually be along anywhere from days to a few weeks.

Your site will not explode in the meantime.
