Orders with multiple items

Sometimes I get orders with multiple items. What do you guys do in this case?
The problems I'm seeing:
1. Products of one order is being delivered at different times.
2. There are separate tracking numbers.

So, do you inform your clients upfront that the order will come in different packages at different times and here are the tracking numbers for all the packages?

1. With a multiple item order i have sent about 9 tracking codes to the customer after i got all tracking codes in one email.
Unfortunately it's only working with 1 tracking code at a time on the web store so i sent the customer a page where they can provide multiple tracking codes.

2. I don't see why this could be a problem if you have stated it on your website. It might be wierd, but if you say you have your products overseas and want to reduce custom costs and therefore it will be sent in multiple packages, i don't see the problem.

So in other words ... lie to them. lol
Lol i don't know why i have said "overseas". What i meant was: just tell them it comes directly from China and let them know they have to wait a bit longer but are getting higher discounts in return.
