Order: transaction has not been completed

I wanted to make a test-order.
Following message was the result: "Transaction has not been completed"

Where can I search for the cause of the error?
Are there any logfiles with additional infos?

Hello, you have an Activities list in your AliDropship plugin Dashboard , please look through it. What payment gateway have you used? Have you set up everything properly?

Activity-List: there is no entry to this order from 19 Okt 2017 22:15
but
in the last orders: here is the status "abandoned" !!
I think the cause is that paylike.io hasn`t finished the reviewing of my account.
But I miss any information(maybe in a log-file) in the aliplugin that paylike has aborted the sales-process and not the customer.

As far as I know sometimes payment happens before creating an order in WP backend. Please contact Paylike support and ask them why it is so and how to solve this.
