Order Shipped Notification not sending

Hi guys,

When a user places an order on my site they receive the order confirmation email as expected, but when I change the status of the order to 'Shipped' the user is not sent any notification and it also doesn't appear in the activity report. What could i be doing wrong? When I click 'Test' for the template the email is sent to me as expected.

I am using Mailgun.

Sorry to waste everyone's time with this one but I have just found out that the emails were sent. I asked my partner to do some test orders and initially he didn't get the emails, but he has just let me know that he did end up receiving them, so this is not actually an issue. Sorry!
