Order processing issue

Hello,

Does anyone know how to fix this issue, I don't seem to be able to process order automatically. When i click on order automatically it go throught the process fast track without stopping but doesn't actually process the order.
Support has told me to make sure my plugins are up to date and they didn't respond back.
