Opt in setup?

Hi,

I'm wondering what opt in setups everybody is using/can recommend?

I have a mailchimp form but am looking to change since it seems to force double op-in. I am looking for a free solution that gives the embed code for the theme to use. Any ideas?

MailChimp installation tutorial if you need one, it's not that heavy to install.
Sendinblue gives you 9000 e-mails/month so it's worth to give it a try

I really don't like the double opt in Mailchimp wanted which is a real shame but Mailpoet seems good in a simple kind of way. I use Sendinblue for notifcations but they wanted me to have a dedicated server before they verify me for campaigns etc otherwise I would like to use them. Thanks for the suggestions though!
