One license for One website, what will happen to the old website?

I know that you guys provide a free assistance to transfer the license to another website for free.

My questions are directed to the old website;

1. What will happen to the AUTOMATIC UPDATE of the PRODUCTS PRICES and others?
2. What will happen to the automatic ordering?
3. What will happen to the Reports, Marketing and payment settings?

So what is your suggestion if i want to have more than 1 store.
