Notification email set up

Hi. Can you suggest me what kind of mailing service we can use to send a notification to our customers once they create an account, buy a products, abandoned cart follow up or even when items has been shipped. I have tried sparkpost before but they claimed me as a spam then my account was suspended.

Now im using SMTP as mailing service but unfortunately its not working. Alidropship cs team told me it go to spam inbox but no emails has been arrived there.

What is actually the best mailing service and if can, i want a free version.

What is the different? Im using pepipost rite now and it have 24000 email credit and need upgrade to pro once limit reached. How about Mandrill? Totally free?
