NOTES on adding item to cart

Hi,
I'm importing some products that on the original aliexpress product you need to add a note to the order. (related to custom dimensions).
Is there a way to add a NOTES field on the product section so that customers can add custom notes when purchasing, than I can then manually pass on to the original aliexpress product?
