Not uploading gallery images to the server [urgent]

Hello,
when i try to import any product then the plugin does not upload the gallery images to the server when i have already checked the box to upload the images to the server.

When i go to edit product product page then in the lower right hand corner i can see the gallery images but when i publish the product then at the single product page there is no gallery images.

as you can see in the image the it shows the gallery images there but in the front end it doesnt show. but when i check for those images in the media gallery then they are not there. so it means that they are external links only.
by the way I am using flatsome theme

can you please fix the issue as soon as possible.

Hello,
I have fixed it by myself. What i did was i have deleted the chrome extension and has cleared all the history and after that i have restarted the chrome and installed again the chrome extension. after that it has worked.
make sure you have ticked upload images to the server option in the setting.
