Not Getting any response from support

Hi,

I have sent a mail to support team regarding a issue related to customer registration issue (24 hours back), till now i have not got any reply from the support team. Also i sent a live chat request 10 Hour back to check the issue status, no response, if this is the case, then i need to see another vendor who is giving better support. Either there should be some response saying they are working on the issue for resolution. Literly no response from live chat and Email support. i stuck with this issue from 24 hours, getting dely in lauching the store..

Kindly contact me and resolve the issue

It sometimes takes 48 hours. (via email)

Is that a pic of a PM chat? If so, the forum and PM and not the official support mechanisms. This is just a Member's Forum. (Even though the staff use it too)

Yes I have sent them the mail to support..

Then keep an eye on the front page of this forum where it says "Members Online" When you see a staff member ... PM them.
