Nobody answer mail/tickets anymore ?! I wait 2 days

Hi,I am a little bit frustrated here because of nobody reply to my emails/support.

I would like to change my license to another site because I can`t use mailgun on 1and1 ...

So if someone from the administration could reply to my coupon and send me again the download link with another license, will be lovely!
