No way to process order

So I finally get an order but problem is no way to process it. It says order items not found? Also no automatically process button? What is happening? The order is paid for.

Hello, what plugin do you use? the original one or WOO version?
If it is an original one please have a look at this article: https://alidropship.com/codex/processing-orders/
If it is a WOO - go to your order and find Place order automatically button at the right top part of the screen.

If your item is not found in aliexpress, search for the similar product and order to your customer and update the same to your listing.

Please deactivate and activate AliDropship plugin and clean a cache, it should help.

thanks, I run many sites with plugins which have nothing to do with ali and have not had that problem.
