No response on my problem - unable to install the Alidroship plugin

Email was sent since 2 days ago regarding my issue but until now there is no update from Alidropship support.
I've fresh reinstall the WP and clear the plugins.

Is your php same as demanded by the plugin ? Update your php version. Or if its size issue contact your hosting and ask them to increase upload size
