no products for import ( message error )

Hello I have the error message: ' no products for import "

When I try to do a bulk import

Also as you can see in the attachment I always have Import 0/0 items on the button to import

Hello, have you solved it? I also encountered the same situation. I've been contacting customer service for several days and still no resolution. I saw several people asking this question. Could this be an issue with their Chrome extension?
