No prices shown and checkout error

Site is updated to latest version.

Before update I had some orders.

Now I did a test order again and it goes to the next page and says this:

ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.

All other sites works perfect.

Have checked multiple devices and firefox, chrome, On not a single device I can do a checkout. The same error apppears when I try to pay with paypal.
